Finance Manager

• To draft recurrent, standard internal and external (accountant) reports in order to visualize the KPI’s, defined by the management team and Global

• To submit on a monthly basis the results of all B. Braun entities within the reporting environment following IFRS guidelines and Group reporting guidelines

• To verify completeness & accurateness of accounting postings on a day-to-day basis in order to guarantee the accuracy of all financial figures

• To provide monthly controlling on recurrent organizational processes and external requests 

• To act diligently and according to compliance guidelines by receiving, documenting & prompt forwarding of complaints/ADRs (Adversed Drug reactions)

• To ensure compliance with tax legislation applying legal tax requirements and accounting rules

• To provide constant critical review of business investments and activities at a divisional level working with the divisional controllers to ensure all issues are explored with divisional management.

• Taking co-responsibility to ensure that the Finance Department achieves full compliance with all group policies and procedures and all relevant accounting standards (IFRS/ Local GAAP)

• To act as sparring partner to key controllers within the BeNe Group

• Other projects as may arise from time to time

• To empower Accounting team members on their personal development, talents, securing needs & initiatives
  

• To adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethical codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the project teams
  

Edcuation/Professional experience

• Master degree or equivalent by experience, preferably a RA titel
• Qualified accountant in the Netherlands or Belgium with a minimum of 3 years audit experience ideally within a “Big Four” environment (In-charge or Manager level)
• Minimum 5 years of total financial experience, including managerial experience
• Experience within the NL healthcare environment is a major plus
• Communicative skills and proactive sparring partner for the CFO

• Solid understanding & interest of financial legal requirements
